“Society demans new, significant environments that unite various functions: living, working, education, sport, healthcare and culture. We connect the various functions as well as the area, building and user. This allows us to create multifunctional facilities at the centre of the action: in the heart of society. We design sustainable environments and buildings in which people enjoy living, working, learning and relaxing.”

“An essential component of a building is the structure. Besides being essential and functional, we think the structure is also a part of the complete architecture. The visible columns, beams and floors are responsible for the rhythm, tension and feeling of the building. A total integration of the design is the key to a succesful building. The structure has to be designed efficiently and with an eye for architecture. BREED is a construction design agency that outlines all available options and pushes boundaries. The success of a building ultimately rests on high-quality construction.”

Our Construction Costs and Budgetary Control department ensures that the (often limited) data available at the time is translated into an objective budget that is in line with the prevailing market. Throughout the subsequent phases of the project, our advisors monitor the budget and supervise further specification where necessary, removing the risk of cost overruns.”

“We are consciously creating a dynamic environment in which, based on transparent agreements with our partners, we strive for optimum results. This way, from the very early design stages, we take into account the life-cycle costs of a building, which leads to a design and building process that is as efficient as possible, while also controlling the building’s operating costs in an optimum way.”
